Gloworder does not tolerate the use of alcohol or drugs by Third-Party Providers using the Gloworder app. If you believe any agent or employee of the establishment, in any official capacity, may be under the influence of drugs or alcohol, please contact Gloworder immediately at legal@gloworder.com.

Employees who are “off the clock” are considered to be “acting in an official capacity” if they perform any of their employment duties and/or perform any act – whether the act is successful or not – for the benefit of the Third-Party Provider.

Gloworder will promptly suspend account access, pending an investigation, upon receipt of a credible report from any person who reasonably suspects that any agent or employee of a Third-Party Provider consumed alcohol or drugs while providing Services. Read Gloworder’s Community Guidelines to learn more about how Gloworder enforces this policy.
